Thanksgiving
Life is good. I want you to know David. Despite the ups and downs, I want you to know I am so very proud of you. You have every thing you need and you are so blessed. Never lose sight of who you are as you continue to work your way to the top. The world is yours. Just remember you have to pay the price. The best things in life are never free. Except maybe family, friends, and sometimes good food.

10k in how much time, david? i was anticipating a detailed post, and i get no updates on your running experience. you think you can get away with this?
i lied. glad you had a lot of fun. you had a very vietnamese thanksgiving. i like it. i had mine flipino style because of my amazing inlaws.

Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm look at that fantastic food, and you look great in all your pictures as well David. How was the race? I really want to walk part of the Marathon that takes place in my hometown this spring, but first I have to make sure my knee and joint pain do not act up like they have been...other than that I do indeed have a lot to be thankful for this year as well.
@wyarcharctic - haha! I finished in 1 hr and 6 mins. I averaged 10 min and 40 second miles. I will provide a full update for you soon!
Yup. Definitely a fattie. But since you were such a beast and ran 10k then it's okay.

@Manbeast - For Christmas I actually have family coming in town from down south, and I will be spending it with them and my boyfriends family that lives here...His counsin is getting married and I am going to the wedding a few days after Christmas, then I am going to South Carolina to visit my father/mother for New Years.
