  • life on repeat

    I lose weight during the week only to gain it back during the weekends.  I am convinced alcohol was produced by either the devil or fat people.  They want us skinny folks to be fat like them and they know we aren't suckers for candy and cake, but that sweet sweet nectar.  

    My friend just got her masters and she is going out in the city on friday to celebrate and my other friend just got a new job and is leaving sf and they plan to go out on saturday.  Must stay home.  Save money and get sexy.  Sounds like an easy choice, but so is choosing between the stairs and the escalator. Nine times out of ten, you will see me riding the mechanical god send to the top.

  • Now that I live on the 1st floor instead of the 3rd, I find myself taking stairs a whole lot less.  :/

  • I lived at a house on top of a big hill for years. I had to climb several steps every day! I moved to a place with just a few steps, & I wonder how I ever handled it b4! :)

  • haha! If I'm alone I'll take the stairs but if I'm with someone else I'll take the escalator just in case the other person is lazy when it comes to walking up.

  • I few months ago I lost 20 pounds. It was the hardest thing I've done so far, but so rewarding. I have another 20 to loose to be at my goal weight. but I know when its time to start dieting and exercise it will require my full attention and I haven't had the focus yet... somehow though, I have maintained my weight-loss. I blame my weight gain on a stupid desk job for 3 years!!!!!!

  • @xXrEMmUsXx - congrats! 20 llbs is a lot! and another 20.  That is amazing. I gained 15 lbs working a desk job and i have lost 10 already. I want to lose another ten :)  

  • @Manbeast - see its those darn desk jobs!!!!!!!! I have toddlers now, I didn't gain baby weight, but desk weight. haha Since I had them, I'm far more active don't think I'd pursue another desk job, though its what I'm good at.... =[ booo. Also, 5 pounds come and go when you are a woman... as long as I'm in my 5 pound buffer, I'm in control =]
